Job Title: Electrical Test Inspection Engineer Location: Heathrow Salary: £44,000 per annum + Overtime Benefits Shift Pattern: Fixed Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday (21:00 to 05:00) About the Role We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer focused primarily on inspection and testing to join our nighttime infrastructure team. Operating on a fixed Sunday-to-Thursday night schedule, the majority of your work will involve testing distribution boards, RCBOs, and downstream circuits to ensure compliance, safety, and reliability across airport facilities during non-peak operational hours. Key Responsibilities Deliver fixed wire inspection and testing (EICR) across commercial distribution boards, sub-mains, RCBOs, and general electrical installations. Carry out systematic fault-finding, verification, and component replacement (e.g., swapping out faulty RCBOs, breakers, and distribution components). Complete accurate test certificates and compliance reporting using digital testing software and handheld devices.
