The Opportunity Are you an Assistant or Quantity Surveyor looking to step up into a high visibility role on a landmark Central London scheme?
We are partnering with a highly respected, specialist Tier 2 Main Contractor renowned for delivering high spec commercial office fit-outs and structural refurbishments across London and the South East.
They have recently secured a flagship commercial refurbishment scheme in Midtown / Central London and are seeking a sharp, commercially minded QS to join as the direct second-in-command to the Lead Senior QS.
This is the ideal environment if you want true, hands on commercial envolvement without getting bogged down by the heavy corporate bureaucracy of a massive Tier 1.
Key Perks & Package
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £75,000 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Be Doing
Sub-Contract Management: Taking full ownership of major trade packages, running procurement, agreeing scopes, issuing orders, and managing sub-contract accounts.
On-Site Commercials: Managing monthly interim valuations, variations, and pay less notices.
Financial Control: Assisting the Lead QS with monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, and final
