An opportunity has arisen with a leading regional build contractor in Kent.
You will:
- Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
- Be working on projects that can range in value from 5M – 20M across various sectors
They\’re looking for:
- Regional / National contractor experience as the SQS
- Good knowledge of NEC and JCT form of contracts
- Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management
- The ability to create accurate commercial reports
- Based in Kent and or surrounding areas
