Job Title: 360 Excavator Operator Location: York, North Yorkshire Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour (CIS) Start Date: Immediate / Next Week Duration: 12 Months (Long-Term Work) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for a major construction project in York, starting next week. This is a long-term position offering up to 12 months of steady, continuous work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Safe operation of 360 excavators on-site. Carrying out bulk excavation, deep drainage, foundations, and site levelling. Working closely with groundworkers and site managers according to site plans. Conducting daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance on the machine. Adhering strictly to site health and safety protocols. Requirements Certification: Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 Above/Below 10 Tonnes). Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of proven experience operating a 360 excavator on commercial or civil projects. PPE: Full site PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots). Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Valid Right to Work in the UK. Pay & Hours Rate: £23.00/hr paid via CIS.
