Are you a highly experienced and qualified Static Electrical Engineer looking for a challenging role in West Midlands with a competitive salary? We are seeking skilled, time-served engineers to join our team on an annualised hours basis, offering stability with excellent earning potential through abundant overtime.

Compensation & Working Arrangement

  • Annual Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 (Paid in equal monthly installments, regardless of monthly hours worked).
  • Contract: Permanent, Annualised Hours basis (Guaranteed total hours for the year, providing predictable income).
  • Overtime: Loads of overtime is available to significantly boost your overall earnings.
  • Flexibility Required: You must be flexible with varying start and finish times to meet operational demands.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications

  • Time-Served Experience: Proven, extensive experience as a qualified electrical engineer, demonstrating high levels of competence and independence.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Level 3 Qualification: A recognised Level 3 electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365/2330 Level 3).
    • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations: Must hold the current 18th Edition qualification.

Desirable Experience

  • HVAP Certification (Ideal): Holding a High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) certification is highly advantageous.
