Randstad CPE is seeking a Commercial Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major high-rise residential tower project in Welwyn Garden City.
The role is a 6-month engagement with strong potential for extension and a day rate structure Inside IR35 or via CIS.
You will manage both pre-construction and post-construction activities, including CVRs, variations and final accounts, within a Tier 1 contractor environment.
