Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a CSCS Labourer to join the team at Wallingford Site to support one of the leading developers.

Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (Experience depending)

Duration: Ongoing / Long-term

Start Date: Immediate

The Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join the team at the prestigious residential development in Wallingford. You will be working on a major residential project for a leading UK housebuilder, assisting with the final stages of current phases and the start of new groundworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
  • Assisting skilled trades (Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners).
  • Moving materials and unloading deliveries safely.
  • Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed strictly.
  • Assisting the Site Management team with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, Steel toe-cap boots).
  • Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to provide at least one professional reference.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
