Position Summary
We are seeking an Admin Documentation Specialist to support the Engineering Operations team in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee maintenance documentation, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Draft, format, edit, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, and technical records in compliance with site procedures and GMP/GDP standards.
- Vendor & Purchasing Coordination: Request vendor quotes, raise/track purchase requisitions, arrange contractor site training, and schedule site work.
- CMMS Administration: Maintain maintenance records, manage equipment spares data, and construct maintenance procedures from technical documentation.
- Record Keeping: Ensure service reports, certificates, and compliance records are fully completed and inspection-ready.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in administration, technical documentation, or engineering support.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Strong technical writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration or a technical subject.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
