On behalf of Oracle Solutions, we are currently recruiting an experienced, self-motivated Contract Asbestos Surveyor to deliver an essential housing survey programme on behalf of a local council.
This contract primarily covers Full Management (FM) surveys alongside targeted refurbishment surveys across domestic social housing stock.
Key Responsibilities Carry out 5-7 surveys per day on domestic social housing stock: Full Management (FM) / Re-inspection surveys (approx. 5 per day) Targeted Refurbishment surveys (approx. 6-7 per day) Accurately log, record, and upload survey data directly using your own tablet.
Execute bulk sampling safely in compliance with HSG264 guidelines.
Follow structured onboarding plan and council access protocols.
Maintain excellent client-facing standards when dealing with local council tenants.
