Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial properties.
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades as required, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Carry out minor HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
- AM2 ECS Gold Card/ JIB Approved 2391 Test and Inspection.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.
- Experience in HVAC control systems (desirable).
