Salary: Up to £41k + OT | Shift: 12hr Days (7am-7pm) Pattern: 2-2-3 Rotation (Week 1: Mon/Tue & Sat/Sun | Week 2: Wed/Thu/Fri)

The Role: Maintain a high-profile static commercial site in Oxford. You will handle all electrical PPMs, reactive repairs, and subcontractor supervision, ensuring full site compliance via CAFM systems.

Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified: NVQ L3 + AM2.
  • Regulations: 18th Edition.
  • Desirable: 2391 Testing & Inspection.
  • Experience: Commercial office/occupied environments.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass a DBS check and join the call-out rota.
