Location: Carlisle Area

Hours: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Rate: Competitive (Dependent on experience/tickets)

We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable, and hard-working Civils & Drainage Gang for a long-term plotworks project in the Carlisle area.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A complete, self-sufficient gang capable of handling the following scope of work:
  • 360 Excavator Operator (with valid ticket)
  • Forward Tipping Dumper Driver (with valid ticket)
  • Skilled Groundworkers / Pipelayers

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Drainage Expertise: Strong background in deep and shallow drainage, installing pipework, and managing live systems.
  • Plotworks & Civils: Proven experience working on residential plots.
  • Trenching & Services: Must be experienced in digging safe trenches and trimming/reinstating service tracks accurately.
  • Tickets: Valid CSCS / CPCS / NPORS cards required across the gang, with manual handling and Asbestos awareness.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
