We are recruiting a high-caliber Site Manager on behalf of a premier, award-winning luxury residential contractor known for delivering exceptional, ultra-prime private estates across the UK. This is a rare opportunity to manage the day-to-day delivery of a magnificent, one-off bespoke residential estate in South Devon. Spanning a 3-year construction phase, this ultra-luxury build requires a proactive, on-the-ground manager who thrives on complex engineering, fine architectural detailing, and active site coordination.
The Role
We are strictly looking for a driver, not a "cabin manager" who sits behind a desk all day. We need an energetic, visible, and hands-on Site Manager who stays on the ground-monitoring build quality, driving trades, anticipating site friction, and keeping the work moving at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Site Presence: Lead from the front on site every day, managing sub-contractors and trades to keep the project on target.
- Quality Control: Enforce exact standards across complex structural work, bespoke architectural finishes, and high-spec installations.
- Daily Site Logistics: Oversee day-to-day operations, deliveries, and site access on a large private estate.
- Trade Management: Drive performance and accountability across specialist trades, ensuring work is completed safely and to spec.
- Health & Safety: Maintain strict RAMS compliance and site standards throughout the project lifecycle.
