Shift Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Central London (Prestigious Commercial Site) Shift: 4 on, 4 off (Days Only) | 07:00 – 19:00 Salary: £55,0000 + Premium Benefits Package The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. This is a fast-paced environment where the "customer experience" is just as important as the technical fix. PPMs & Reactives: Carrying out planned maintenance and responding rapidly to floor-level issues (lighting, power, fire alarms, and basic HVAC). Critical Systems: Monitoring BMS and ensuring site infrastructure is resilient. Compliance: Managing rigorous paperwork, logbooks, and RAMS to ensure the site remains audit-ready. High Voltage: Acting as (or working towards) HVAP status to manage switching operations safely across the site. What You'll Need Electrical Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent (plus 18th/19th Edition). HVAP Status: Highly desirable (if not, you must have the aptitude and desire to train for it).Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
