On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive Customer Care Representative to join their supportive onsite team in Basingstoke. Location: Basingstoke (Onsite)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 9:00-17:00, Fri 9:00-15:30)
Contract Duration: Fixed-Term through to 30/04/2027
What You'll Be Doing:
- Executing core administrative tasks, including maintaining record management systems, ordering supplies, and handling basic bookkeeping work.
- Drafting and preparing essential business documents such as invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and letters.
- Managing corporate records by filing, organising, and retrieving documentation as needed.
- Sorting and distributing all incoming communication, including emails and faxes, and drafting professional responses to standard inquiries.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in administrative or customer service environments.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience using core computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
- Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
