Senior Site Engineer – Sizewell C Highways Project (Contract)
A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Engineer to join the major highways infrastructure team on the Sizewell C project. We are working with a Tier 1 contractor to secure a high-calibre engineer for this long-term contract. This is a chance to be a key player on one of the UK\’s most significant civil engineering schemes.
The Role:

  • Take a leading role in setting out and quality control for all aspects of the highways and associated civils works.
  • Manage a team of junior engineers on-site, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental protocols.
  • Collaborate with the client, design consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Oversee key project elements such as the new Sizewell Link Road and other site access infrastructure.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record as a Site Engineer, with extensive experience in major highways or infrastructure projects .
  • A thorough understanding of setting out, surveying, and civil engineering processes.
  • A civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid CSCS card and preferably SMSTS.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, complex project environment.

Day Rate: 400 CIS
This is a long-term contract on a flagship project. If you have the drive and experience to succeed on Sizewell C, we want to hear from you.
