We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our clients team during a pivotal period of organisational growth following a recent M&A integration. The Opportunity
In this high-level role, you will be a cornerstone of our project management function, bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution. Reporting to group leadership, you will guide cross-functional teams through complex business restructuring, supply chain optimisations, and new business model implementations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and direct cross-functional project teams to achieve critical objectives within the Medical Device/Pharma industry.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects, including task development, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Facilitate validation deliverables, ensuring all project documentation meets rigorous quality and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks, developing robust contingency plans.
- Drive organisational strategy by implementing value streams, change management initiatives, and business transformation funnels.
- Conduct "lessons-learned" sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear decision-making throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (an advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable).
- Minimum of 9 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Proven track record of success within a regulated manufacturing environment, specifically Medical Device or Pharma.
- Demonstrated expertise in business transformation and M&A integration.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and standard project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence partners and drive results in a complex, matrixed environment.
- PMP certification is considered a strong plus.
What We Offer
- Role Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Duration: 10-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 24 months.
- Pay rate: £40 per hour
- Work Model: Remote, with initial onsite setup at a regional facility.
- Support: Collaborative team environment with all necessary equipment provided.
