Our client, a leading contractor within the water sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support critical projects within the Southern Water framework across North Kent. Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical engineering aspects of water infrastructure projects, ensuring designs meet client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Develop and review detailed mechanical designs, calculations, and technical documentation for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil and electrical engineers, to deliver integrated project solutions. Provide technical expertise during the project lifecycle, from concept design through to commissioning. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
