Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our successfully growing Facilities Management Client. The role will be strongly focused around the support you can offer to stakeholders and colleagues within the business. This role will be based on site at the client’s premises in Houghton Le Spring This role is starting ASAP and ongoing until Mid December This is a temporary ongoing role Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch) Competitive rate of £14.00 per hour Duties Receptionist/ Front of House duties Greeting and Checking in visitors to the Building Allocating visitor’s passes/ badges Taking inbound calls and responding to emails and queries Sorting through post and arranging letters to be sent out Setting out Ad Hoc buffets for the siteExperience Previously worked in a Front of House/ Receptionist position Great communication skills face to face, over the phone and over email Organised and punctualIf interested, please get in touch with Jess at Randstad Newcastle, or please apply via the link!
