About this Role This Project Surveyor position offers an outstanding opportunity to join a major Tier 1 main contractor delivering key construction schemes in the Coventry area.

Working as a key commercial lead, you will manage subcontract procurement, client valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure optimal project profitability.

Drive commercial management across subcontract packages, from enquiry analysis and order preparation to monthly payments.

Produce accurate monthly and quarterly cost reports, cash flow projections, and margin forecasts alongside project leaders.

Manage client valuations, negotiate contract variations, and finalise main contract and subcontract final accounts.

Participate in risk and opportunity planning, design strategy development, and compliance with business best practices.

About You You are a proactive, detail-oriented commercial professional with a strong track record working for a main contractor in the construction sector.

You possess strong negotiation skills, digital procurement capability, and a collaborative approach to managing client and supply chain relationships.

Hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and be working toward or possess MRICS or MCIOB professional status.

Demonstrate a proven track record in main contractor commercial management, including valuations, variations, and CVRs.

Show strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, BIM too...
