Project / Package QS required ASAP for Tier One contractor on £500m City Commercial Office Tower project. I have an urgent requirement for a Project or Package level Quantity Surveyor for a key client on a major London project - a £500m Commercial Office new build in the heart of the City of London.
The role will involve procurement of subcontractors and change / variation management, with commercial package management to follow. You'll be working within a Commercial team with the support of more Senior QSs / Commercial Managers.
This is a great opportunity to work on a new project pretty much from inception to completion - the project starts on site this Summer and runs for three years. The client is a top Tier One International Main Contractor with great career / progression opportunity.
