We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a specialist delivery package on a high-profile water project in the Eastleigh area. You will be working for a market-leading subcontractor, delivering critical works on behalf of a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
Rate: 400 - 450 per day (CIS)
Location: Eastleigh (Hampshire)
Duration: 12 Months
Sector: Water / Heavy Civils
The Role
This is a delivery-focused role for a PM who knows how to drive a program. You will be responsible for managing site crews and ensuring the works meet the rigorous safety and quality standards required when subbing for a Tier 1 contractor. You will act as the primary point of contact between our site teams and the Main Contractor’s management office.
What you’ll need:
- Water Sector Experience: A proven track record on AMP framework projects (WTW, STW, or network schemes).
- High-Level Delivery: Comfortable with the strict RAMS, reporting, and compliance involved in working alongside major Main Contractors.
- Commercial Sharpness: Able to manage site records and variations effectively to protect the subcontractor’s interests.
- Essential Credentials: CSCS (Black Card), SMSTS, and First Aid are non-negotiable. EUSR Water Hygiene is a significant advantage.
