We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
We are looking for a Multi Trader who can plaster entire rooms, the work is in the East London and Southend area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance, services to our clients at a high-quality standard.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
