We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler I to join our team in Perth. This is a full-time, onsite position for a 12-month duration, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, checking stock, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Information

  • Location: Perth (Onsite)
  • Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Days (Monday to Friday), 08:00 - 16:30
  • Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack local and export orders with minimal supervision. Use inventory software (SAP) to check stock and complete customer orders.
  • Production Support: Pick and prepare raw materials and packaging for production departments.
  • Safety First: Maintain strict safety and quality standards. Conduct pre-work safety checks, identify potential hazards, and take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your teammates.
  • Team Collaboration: Flag any errors or operational issues to the Senior Operator immediately. Participate actively in team shift reviews and performance feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience & Skills: Ability to follow operational processes accurately. Must be self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn warehouse skills.
  • Education: At least 4 standard Grades (or equivalent), with Mathematics preferred.
