Overview

Looking to recruit a skilled Painter Decorator to join a leading maintenance contractor in Reading. Offering up to £37,000 + company van and fuel card & benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake a variety of tasks including glossing, emulsion, papering, filling, applying mould treatments and remedial tiling or plaster if needed.
  • Carry out effective treatment and remediation work, including cleaning, sealing, and repairing affected areas.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence is required as a company van is provided.
  • Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge.
  • Previous experience working in domestic properties, ideally in a social housing environment.
