We are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourer with pre-plaster experience for a long-term role on a large-scale residential development site in Nuneaton. If you are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in preparing high-quality groundwork for plastering teams, this is a great opportunity for continuous, steady work on a major site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out pre-plaster preparation works across multiple residential units.
  • Installing expanded metal mesh/beads, fixing plasterboard patches, and sealing joints where needed.
  • Ensuring walls, ceilings, and surfaces are correctly prepared, clean, and prepped prior to plastering.
  • Assisting site trades, maintaining site safety, and keeping work areas clear.
  • Working efficiently alongside site managers and plastering contractors to hit build targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience working in pre-plaster preparation on residential builds.
  • CSCS Card: Valid Blue or Green CSCS Card required.
  • Tools: Basic hand tools for pre-plaster prep.
  • PPE: Full PPE required (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots, gloves).
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, with a strong eye for detail and quality control.
