The role focuses on Full Management and targeted refurbishment surveys across domestic social housing stock, with data logged on site via a tablet and sampling conducted in line with HSG264 guidelines.
The role requires BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) certification, a driving licence and own vehicle for site travel, plus strong time-management and attention to detail.
