Position Overview
Are you looking for a stable, long-term manufacturing role with excellent shift premiums and a predictable schedule? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a high-performing, established team in Cramlington. In this onsite role, you will safely and efficiently produce high-quality, single-use medical products within a cGMP-compliant cleanroom environment. Working to a defined production schedule, you will help ensure critical customer orders are manufactured accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Follow detailed assembly drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to manually assemble critical medical components on a production line.
- Material Handling: Handle critical components and set up/kit raw materials for production.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished goods against approved specifications to ensure stringent quality and cGMP compliance are maintained.
- Tool Operation: Use manual, electronic, and pneumatic hand tools safely.
- Documentation: Accurately detail and record critical cGMP data within batch records.
