Are you a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team, covering sites in Durham. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance and have a strong background in electrical systems this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.
- Routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems (e.g., distribution boards, lighting, machinery, and equipment).
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting of electrical issues that may arise across the site.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Responding to and addressing any electrical faults or breakdowns promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the site's operations.
- Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Electrical Qualifications - NVQ Level 3, 18th edition City and Guilds & 2391 Test and Inspection.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance with solid working knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Experience in delivering PPM and maintaining comprehensive records of maintenance activities.
- Full UK driving licence.
