Are you looking for a stable, fast-paced role within a globally recognised malting company? We are seeking two dedicated Production Operators to join our team at our premier site in Great Ryburgh. In this role, you will support the wider production team in creating top-quality malted ingredients, ensuring process timings and strict quality requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Operations: Operate specialised plant equipment to transfer grain through critical production stages, including Steeping, Germination, and Kilning.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine daily sampling, visual inspections, and moisture content analysis of grain, accurately documenting all process data.
- Safety First: Maintain a culture of safety by strictly following Safe Systems of Work, wearing correct PPE, and reporting any accidents or near misses.
- Maintenance Support: Work closely with the engineering department to report faults and support the company’s CMMS to minimise production downtime.
