We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join our team on an ongoing contract basis in Leeds.
Working on a busy social housing contract, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality kitchen refits to domestic properties.
If you pride yourself on a high standard of finish and enjoy a varied workload where no two days are the same, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out full kitchen strip-outs and installations.
Fitting kitchen units, worktops, and end panels to a high standard.
Completing associated trade tasks including wall tiling (splashbacks) and patch plastering.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents.
Leaving properties clean, tidy, and safe at the end of each day.

For: Proven experience in kitchen fitting and multi-trade environments (Social housing experience is highly desirable).
Strong skills in carpentry/joinery, tiling, and basic patch plastering.
Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
Own tools and full PPE.
Full UK Driving Licence (and access to your own transport/van is preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be working in occupied homes.
