Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading property services company based In Waltham Forest \\n\\n Responsibilities:\\n\\nCarrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties\\nyou'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc\\nRemedial Carpentry works\\nRepair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tilesOffering up to £25.16 paye umbrella or £19.60 paye (NO CIS) + company van and fuel card \\n\\nRequirements: \\n\\nTrade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent\\nYou must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided \\nAbility to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.Attach an updated cv and apply below for more details! \\n\\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
