Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) retrofit project in Milton Keynes. The role covers end-to-end site operations on occupied properties through to end of March, coordinating specialist sub-contractors and ensuring quality, safety, and tenant satisfaction.

You will oversee installations (Solar PV, Loft and Cavity insulation, ASHPs), manage RAMS and daily safety checks, and work with Resident Liaison Officers to minimise disruption.
