We are seeking a keen and skilled finisher to join a busy team on a new build housing development in Middlesbrough.

This is an ongoing contract role focused on putting the final, high-quality touches on homes before they are handed over to buyers.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, take pride in a flawless finish, and can turn your hand to multiple finishing trades, this long-term position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out snagging and finishing works across new build plots.

Performing high-quality patch plastering and wall repairs.

Internal painting and decorating to ensure a pristine finish.

Applying neat, professional mastic/silicone sealing in kitchens, bathrooms, and around fixtures.

Correcting any defects or minor damage left behind by regular trades prior to final handover.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Finisher, Snagging Hand, or Multi-Trade Operative on new build housing sites.

Strong competency in patch plastering, painting, and masticing.

Valid CSCS Card (Essential).

Own tools and full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, and steel toe cap boots).

An exceptional eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
