Job Title: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer Salary: Up to Β£24 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday β Friday, 07:30 β 16:30 Location: Liverpool Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Assets, including Legionella control, adhering to safety standards and specifications. Proactively identify and address plant faults and defects, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining serviceable order. Manage spare parts inventory and provide accurate lists and time estimates for remedial works. Complete all necessary paperwork and CAFM entries for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely submission. Oversee and monitor subcontractor work on site, ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining a professional image.Qualifications + Skills : NVQ level 3 or similar (desirable) Facilities management experience (preferred) Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
