We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary site engineering function. This role balances strategic leadership with a hands-on approach when required. You will be responsible for driving plant reliability, ensuring asset optimization, and maintaining the highest operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers (including 2 direct reports) to foster a culture of continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance, and engineering excellence.
- Asset Reliability: Maintain high equipment availability through robust planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, minimizing downtime and optimizing machinery changeovers.
