Maintenance Electrician Temp to Perm Opportunity Location: Near Waterloo Train Station, London We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at a prestigious Grade 1 listed building located near Waterloo Train Station. This is a temp to perm role, offering an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine electrical maintenance and fault finding across the building’s electrical systems. Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns. Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, building regulations, and health & safety procedures. Work across both day and night shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off. Manage and maintain electrical installations, wiring, and controls in a historic building. Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service and ensure the smooth operation of the building.Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (day and night shifts)Requirements: Must hold Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and 18th Edition. Experience working in a Grade 1 listed building or similar heritage properties is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and fault-finding techniques.
