About the Role:

Key Duties:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site office, canteens, drying rooms, and toilet facilities.
  • Monitoring and replenishing site consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls).
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations regarding cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
  • Reporting any facility issues directly to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid CSCS card.
  • Proven experience working as a welfare cleaner on busy construction sites.
  • Good level of spoken English to communicate clearly with site management.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
