New Cleaner position available at Randstad CPE (phone number removed) Job Title: Welfare Cleaner Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex (BN17) Start Date: Tuesday, 6th October 2026 (Immediate Start) Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term Working Hours: 5 Hours Per Day (Flexible shift within 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on pay type) About the Role We are urgently recruiting a reliable Welfare Cleaner for an ongoing position on a construction site in Littlehampton, starting today, Tuesday 6th October 2026. This role offers great flexibility-you will work 5 hours per day, and you can choose your exact shift times anywhere between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (e.g., 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, or 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Key Responsibilities Regular cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining site canteens, drying rooms, offices, and toilet/shower facilities. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying waste and recycling bins daily. Monitoring and restocking welfare consumables (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer). Deep cleaning high-touch surfaces to ensure the site complies with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Keeping site office and canteen areas tidy and presentable. Requirements Valid CSCS Card (Required or preferred for active site welfare cabin access). Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and gloves). Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or construction site welfare cleaning. Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Local to Littlehampton or with reliable transport. Right to work in the UK. Working Hours & Benefits Hours: 5 hours per day (flexible options between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Start Date: Today, Tuesday 6th October 2026. Duration: Ongoing / long-term work. Fast, weekly pay via PAYE, Umbrella, or CIS options.
