We are currently seeking a highly skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our project team for the North Hykeham Relief Road.

In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for managing all costs and income for this major 8km dual carriageway development, including the construction of five significant structures, most notably the 100m span bridge across the River Witham.

You will lead a high-performing commercial team, acting as a mentor to colleagues while driving value for money and ensuring the highest standards of project delivery.

Responsibilities Provide expert oversight on commercial management, risk analysis, and supply chain procurement.

Lead the preparation of pricing documents, activity schedules, and bills of quantities.

Mentor junior commercial staff, supporting their professional qualification journeys.

Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders.

Review project progress against programs and manage complex tender negotiations.
