On behalf of our client, a 5-star rated housebuilder, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a major new project in Leeds.
Based from the Leeds office, you will be responsible for a landmark development of 400 new homes (2, 3 & 4 bedrooms). You will manage all commercial aspects from subcontractor procurement and cost control through to final accounts, ensuring the project is delivered successfully and profitably.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK housebuilding sector.
- A strong track record of managing the commercial aspects of large-scale residential projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen.
