Are you a skilled tradesperson specialising in residential refurbishments? We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join an ongoing social housing contract in Leeds, focusing specifically on kitchen renewals.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Rip-outs & Preparation: Safely removing old units, suites, and tiles.
  • Carpentry & Joinery: Installing kitchen base/wall units, worktops (including mitred joins), and boxing in pipework.
  • Tiling & Patching: High-quality wall tiling and floor finishes, along with basic plaster patching to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Safety & Standards: Ensuring all work meets social housing quality standards and building regulations.

What You'll Need:

  • Significant experience in full kitchen installations.
  • Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 or time-served in joinery or plastering, with strong skills in secondary trades (Tiling/Plastering).
  • Valid CSCS card required for site access.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between properties.
  • Asbestos awareness and manual handling certification.
  • A polite and professional manner when working in occupied homes.
