Are you a customer focused candidate looking for permanent weekend work with a leading employer? Our leading Property client are seeking a new concierge to work at an excellent residential development near Kingston upon Thames on a permanent basis.
Working within the on-site concierge and building management team at this first class development, you will ensure the development remains clean, tidy and safe to use for private residents.
Immediate start available. Excellent setting and facilities. Full training provided. £12,000 per annum (Monthly pay). Holiday Pay. Company benefits (£15.38ph) for 14 hours per week (Saturdays and Sundays 8am to 5pm with a lunch break).
Duties include:
- Provide a professional and courteous concierge service to residents and visitors.
- Provide a safe and compliant environment for residents and visitors.
- Assist in maintaining security of the estate.
- Patrol the estate and provide a visible presence throughout the day.
- Prevent unnecessary noise and disturbance.
- Manage in-bound parcels and front desk.
- Help maintain the standards of cleanliness and repair of the estate.
Experience required:
- Professional and customer focused.
- Keen to learn and provide excellent service.
- Hard working, reliable and passionate about doing a good job.
- Able to commit to weekend working (both Saturdays & Sundays).
- Local to the Kingston area or easy commute.
