The Project
Join us on a major 25m new-build healthcare project that will transform local hospital services in Ashford, Kent. With works ongoing until 2029, this role offers incredible long-term stability and the chance to manage information on a highly complex, fast-moving build.
The Role
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Document Controller to be the backbone of our project administration. You will manage the flow of all technical drawings, compliance documents, and site correspondence, ensuring the commercial and site teams have exactly what they need, when they need it.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector (healthcare or large-scale build experience is a huge plus).
- Proficiency in industry-standard document control software (e.g., Viewpoint/4Projects, Asite, or Aconex).
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to keeping records immaculate.
