Location: Main base in Dartford, Kent (with travel to offices/depots across the M25 network)
Position Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to extend or convert to permanent)
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (Mon-Thu: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Fri: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Pay Rate: 16.00/hr PAYE (22.18/hr charge rate)
Role Overview
Join the Defect Management Team supporting the maintenance and resilience of the M25 network - one of the UK's most critical transport infrastructures. Working directly alongside two Defect Managers, you will handle administration, operational coordination, and data management for reactive and planned maintenance tasks. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role dedicated to processing information around network issues (e.g., drainage, foliage, road damage) to keep traffic moving safely.
