Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
You will:
- Have full exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Work alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
- Be working on projects that can range in value from £5m - £15m across various sectors
This major contractor is looking for:
- Expert knowledge of working under the JCT D&B form of contract
- Knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management
- The ability to create accurate commercial reports
- Experience working for either a regional / national contractor as the Quantity / Project Surveyor
