We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with extensive experience in the SAP PS (Project System) module to join our team on a high-priority, ongoing project. This is a critical role that requires immediate attention; we are actively seeking qualified candidates and are prepared to expedite the recruitment process to secure the right talent.
As a Sub-Process Lead, you will serve as a vital link between business users and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA 2023. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective system designs. This is a temporary assignment scheduled to run until December 31, 2026, with the potential for extension into 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate comprehensive project planning, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and rigorous timeline management.
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and key performance indicators, providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure momentum is maintained.
- Simplify complex technical information, tailoring communication to diverse audiences including sales, customers, and vendors.
- Manage resource planning, including both budget and headcount, to optimise project efficiency.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Significant professional experience in a Business Analyst or Project Lead capacity.
- Proven technical and functional expertise in the SAP PS module, with the ability to master SAP S/4 HANA 2023 systems quickly.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain alignment across international teams in the US and Australia.
Work Environment
This role is based out of the Ramsgate, Kent area. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of minimum 1 day a week onsite. Please note that some flexibility regarding working hours is required due to the international nature of the team.
Pay per hour: £27.69 - £29.23 (PAYE) Contract until 31/12/2026 but could be extended further Hybrid working.
