Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a freelance Contract Asbestos Surveyor for a six-month contract in London. You will conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition surveys across commercial properties and infrastructure sites, and take bulk ACM samples.
You must hold BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) with proven post-qualification survey experience. Work is independent with your own toolkit and PPE; daily rate £250–£260 outside IR35.
