We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Foreman to join our team on the large Β£100m infrastructure project in the Immingham area. This is a critical role on a major marine scheme expecting to last up to 2 years for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of direct and subcontracted labour on site.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the project's health, safety, and environmental plans.
- Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of the works.
- Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager.
- Manage the use of plant and equipment effectively.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain accurate site records.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Gold/Black)
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS
- First Aid at Work (3-day)
- Proven experience in a similar role as either Supervisor or Foreman
- 2 Professional references
