Randstad CPE is seeking a Sales & Growth Analyst to join a hybrid team in the UK, based near Richmond with a weekly office presence and 4 days working from home.

You will act as the engine room of growth, converting warm inbound enquiries from developers, new builds, and RMCs into signed partnerships.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary, commission/bonus, and a premium benefits package, with a clear progression path to heavier commercial responsibilities as you master the portfolio.
